Mario De Lecce is VP and Head of Financial Institutions at Array. He is a former corporate/investment banker, who spent the better part of almost two decades working with the largest banks in the US covering the technology sector. Mario is passionate about building and scaling businesses that try to fundamentally improve the way in which we operate. He studied international business and received his MBA from Milan’s SDA Bocconi School of Management; he spent his last semester studying abroad in Shanghai at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Mario is married to a former ballerina he met while working in Italy. They share a 6 year old son together, live in New York, and when permissible enjoy spending as much time in Italy throughout the year as possible.
