My Credit Manager

  • Introduced Credit Lock, allowing users to control access to their credit scores and reports in-experience
  • Added daily and weekly frequent refresh options to credit reports and scores
  • Improved user notifications and visibility in Client Console

BuildCredit Rent

  • Improved application and onboarding for a better user experience
  • Fully integrated into Array’s Financial Links 

Identity Protect

  • Added a free Data Breach scan
  • Added Data Breach alerts
  • Added medical monitoring and 17 additional monitoring items 

Privacy Protect

  • Added more fully automated Scan-and-Remove sites, claiming the top industry spot for most sites covered
  • Automated removal from major data brokers using advanced technology 

Debt Navigator

  • Launched in general availability

Subscription Manager

  • Added Utilities and Recurring Payments to tracked finances, going well beyond subscriptions
  • Enhanced user calendar to show upcoming spend and historical payments 

Student Loan Aid

  • Ran a multitude of tests within Array+ to improve conversions and the user experience

Offers Engine

  • Added more exports in additional formats, expanding SFTP to more clients
  • Enhanced audience segmentation parameters to be even more timely and current

Financial Links

  • Improved stability and auth connection across multiple providers
  • Fully integrated into Subscription Manager

Array+

  • Continuously ran end-to-end UI testing to significantly improve free-to-paid conversion rate
  • Added urgency messaging to lift product entrances and engagement
  • Introduced user notifications to drive greater awareness and conversion 

Data Furnishing

  • Introduced new processing automation script, reducing file processing time by 50%
  • Added new QA rules to increase data security and reliability
