Quick Summary of Product Enhancements

 

My Credit Manager

  • Added change alerts to TransUnion powered credit scores to drive real-time engagement and user awareness
  • Improved credit report error messages
  • Launched credit score notifications within Array+ to boost retention and recurring engagement

BuildCredit Rent

  • Added reporting to Experian to expand bureau coverage and increase impact on users’ credit profiles
  • Added lease verification during application flow to accelerate onboarding process
  • Integrated Spanish language support to expand accessibility and reach a broader user base

Identity Protect

  • Added international support to for the UK and Canada to Dark Web Monitoring to expand global coverage and protect a broader user base
  • Can now filter alerts by specific category to improve usability and help users quickly prioritize relevant threats 

Privacy Protect

  • Added new covered automated sites, further increasing our total
  • Enhanced profile information for more removals
  • Added ability for users to edit profiles to add or update their information, ensuring heightened data accuracy

Debt Navigator

  • Introduced balance transfer flow to increase revenue opportunities
  • Enhanced credit data with more exact APRs for credit cards
  • Added Debt Navigator into Array+ to deepen engagement and provide users with actionable debt management guidance

Subscription Manager

  • Improved user experience to show total monthly spend
  • Added ability for users to submit feedback on subscription accuracy
  • Added forward-looking notifications, detecting recurring spend to notify users in advance

My Money Plan (new product)

  • Introduced My Money Plan into the Array product suite
    • A personal financial management (PFM) tool that delivers a customized, step-by-step financial plan that evolves alongside users as they save and invest, supercharging engagement and product adoption

Student Loan Aid

  • Improved client reports via more granular user event tracking to provide deeper insights and enable better data-driven decisions
  • Added dashboard filtering to enhance usability and allow clients to quickly access relevant data

Financial Links

  • Added new providers for extended transaction history and held accounts
  • Increased length of auth expiration for successfully linked accounts, reducing user touchpoints

Financial Calculators (new product)

  • Added Financial Calculators into the Array product suite
    • Ready-to-deploy financial calculators spanning loans, debt, savings, home buying, and more – embedded directly into your experience and accessible at the peak moment of intent
  • Improved admin portal with additional connections, compliance, and security to strengthen reliability and simplify client operations

My Home Value (new product)

  • Introduced My Home Value into the Array product suite
    • An embedded homeownership tool that lets users track home value and equity in real time – driving repeat visits to your platform and turning high-intent moments into lending opportunities
  • Added client ability to pull enriched data via API
  • Added Data Explorer, providing more visibility into owner and equity data
  • Added Custom Campaigns to edit content on email campaigns sent to members

Offers Engine

  • Increased specificity to frozen credit file API
  • Enhanced PII logging remediation for stronger compliance and greater risk reduction

Array+

  • Added marketing notifications to users to increase engagement and drive reactivation
  • Now offering Student Loan Aid and BuildCredit Rent to all FIs
  • Added Debt Navigator into product offerings
