At Array, we don’t believe in standing still. We listen to our clients, obsess over user experience, and deliver fast, meaningful improvements that make a real difference.

From enhanced user experiences to brand-new features, we’ve developed and implemented a wide range of improvements across our suite of products in the last quarter.

Here’s a quick look at what’s new and what’s next.

My Credit Manager

Sometimes, when a user received a credit alert via My Credit Manager, the same information would not immediately reflect in the user’s credit report – causing confusion and weakening the user experience.

The Array engineering team heard this feedback and quickly delivered, developing and implementing daily and weekly refresh options for TransUnion credit reports and scores. Now, when a user receives a credit alert, they’ll see the exact same information when they log in to their account.

Privacy Protect

Previously, it could take Privacy-Protect-enrolled users a week or two to receive their first opt-out. It was fast … but we knew it could be even faster.

So we made some backend enhancements to dramatically shorten that timeline. Now, more than 75% of all enrolled users can see their first verified opt-out within 24 hours – and 90% of users will see it within two days.

This speed boost is already creating real results, driving an 11% conversion rate in one client’s free-to-premium subscriptions among consumers.

From enhanced user experiences to brand-new features,
we’ve developed and implemented a wide range of improvements across our suite of products in the last quarter.

Identity Protect

In response to growing demand for household-level protection, Identity Protect has expanded its scope and capabilities to protect even more:
  • Neighborhood Watch for Multiple Properties: Receive alerts for up to three addresses.
  • Social Media Monitoring for Families: Track up to 20 social media accounts to keep the whole family safe.
  • Medical Dark Web Monitoring: Monitor and protect more sensitive medical information like HSA accounts and health insurance IDs. (Fun fact: As a result of responding directly to a client's needs, our engineering team developed and launched this feature in just two weeks.)
  • Utilities Monitoring: Receive alerts if someone attempts to open a utility account in your name.

Financial Links

Our recent MoneyKit acquisition introduced Financial Links into Array’s suite of products, providing our clients a more reliable, coverage-rich open banking platform.

With the initial rollout complete, we’re now integrating Financial Links into Array’s other products, starting with Subscription Manager – creating a tighter, more cohesive experience under the Array umbrella.

Upcoming integrations include BuildCredit Rent and BuildCredit Account.

Offers Engine

To better serve our user base, Offers Engine now supports multilingual ad delivery.

Based on browser settings, users will see ads in their preferred language, starting with Spanish. It’s an impactful shift that will tremendously boost engagement.

Array+

We’ve added serious firepower to our premium product suite:
  • BuildCredit Rent: Consumers who want to build credit through rent reporting can seamlessly add BuildCredit Rent through Array+, requiring no additional lift from the user.
  • Payment protection: Built-in safeguards ensure payments are only processed when users have sufficient account balances, eliminating overdrafts and preserving trust.

And More to Come...

We’re keeping this momentum going with a packed roadmap in Q4 and beyond, making our products faster, smarter, and even more connected.
